Your 6 Day, 5 Night Retreat Includes

  • 5 nights' accommodation at our luxury farmhouse retreat, double or single occupancy

  • All meals, breakfast, lunch, and dinner, snacks , drinks , vegetarian and vegan friendly, made with local, farm fresh, and organic produce wherever possible

  • Flights and travel to and from Portugal

  • Airport transfers (guests arrange their own; we're happy to help coordinate)

  • Alcohol, unless otherwise arranged

A Taste of Your Week

Day 1 - Arrival, welcome juice, opening circle,short introduction to meditation, a gentle therapeutic movement or yoga session to ease you in.

Day 2 Treatments, Pilates, yoga, and an evening meditation.

Day 3 Morning meditation and walk, a fitness or QI gong session, and an afternoon sound bath.

Day 4 Treatments continue, we have a surprise for you this day as well as a breath-work session in the afternoon.

Day 5 Yoga, a hands on kitchen activity, and a closing circle to bring the week together.

Day 6 Breakfast, checkout, and departure.Guests may order a takeaway lunch at an additional cost.

Please note that the retreat programme may be subject to change due to circumstances beyond our control. If a facilitator or activity becomes unavailable, we will provide a suitable alternative so that the overall retreat experience remains as planned.
