Bring Your Own Retreat, We'll Handle the Rest

Intro copy

Have your own following in the UK, the US, or anywhere in the world and want to bring them on a retreat, without the headache of pulling it all together? I can do that for you. You focus on your community and your content; I'll handle the venue, the team, and every detail in between.

What I offer

You bring the group. I bring the venue, the hand-picked team, and years of experience .

Whether you're a coach, a fitness instructor, or a wellness practitioner, I can pull together a bespoke programme quickly built around your style and your people.

How it works

  1. Tell me about your audience, your vision, and your dates.

  2. I'll match the right venue and team from my hand-picked network to suit.

  3. You lead your group and your content — I take care of the logistics behind the scenes.

Fast turnaround available — if you've got the audience and the vision, I can move quickly to make it happen.

Pricing — how it works

Every retreat is priced individually depending on venue, team, and group size. As your production partner, my fee is separate from what you charge your own guests:

  • A flat production fee for sourcing the venue, team, and handling logistics — confirm your figure here

  • Or a percentage of the total package cost, so larger retreats reflect the extra coordination involved

Note to self: a genuine 5-night retreat with a proper venue and team typically costs upwards of €1,200pp before any margin — worth having this conversation early with facilitators so their guest pricing has room for both of you.

Call to action

e.g. "Get in touch to talk through your retreat" + contact form/email link

Notes for the web designer

  • Keep this page and messaging distinct from the personal-occasions page — different audience (facilitator, not guest).

  • Could link through to team bios so a facilitator can see the calibre of people available.

  • Confirm final page title and where it sits in navigation, alongside the occasions page.
